Sun's coming up on Groundhog Day By Linda Waggener The sun is coming up in a cloudless sky this Sunday, February 2, 2020, and the legend says if a groundhog wakes up, comes out of its hole and sees its shadow, there will be six more weeks of winter. If it happens that way it will be interesting since we've had no winter weather here since the light snow in November. Groundhog Day is part of our culture, observed February 2 annually in the United States and Canada. This story was posted on 2020-02-02 06:41:21
