Peggy Barger Phelps, 81 Peggy Barger Phelps, 81, 601 Crestview Loop, Columbia, KY, passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2003, at her home. The funeral will be Saturday, September 20, 2003, at 11:30 a.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral home in Columbia, KY, with Bro. Terry White officiating. She was the daughter of the late Chelcie Barger and Mary Dee Patteson Barger, Columbia, KY. She was the widow of the late Dr. James R. (Penny) Phelps, who preceded her in death on November 25, 1986. She is survived by a special nephew, Dr. Ronald P. Rogers, of Columbia, KY, and by the following:
Interment will be in Columbia Cemetery. The family requests visitation after 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 19, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
