Carney family gets good news on our Representative Rep. John "Bam" Carney's doctors have given his family a positive report. His brother, Mark, sent the following message to family and friends Sunday, "Bam has been doing good today. It has been a great day of rest. No dialysis or physical therapy today. All vitals are looking good and the infectious disease doctor is really pleased with how things are going. She is a city girl but in her words today she said he is doing darn good!! We give thanks to God and rejoice in the progress that has been made. Hope you and your family had a great day of rest and counting your blessings on this Lord’s day. We continue to be blessed by your continued prayers and encouragement. God Bless!!" Rep. Carney has been hospitalized in intensive care with a severe case of pancreatitis and infection since the Christmas holidays and remains in Norton Hospital in Louisville.
