Jack Hartman, 88, Campbellsville, KY (1931-2020)

Jack Hartman of Campbellsville passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2020. He was 88 years old.

The funeral service will be held at 2pmET on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY, officiated by Rev. Jamie Bennett. Burial will follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.

Visitation is requested from 5pmET until 8pmET on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.


Jack Hartman of Campbellsville, son of the late Wilfred Hartman and Nettie Malone Hartman, was born December 12, 1931 in Jolliet, Illinois. He died at 2:20 A.M., Sunday, January 19, 2020 in Lexington.

Jack served his country honorably in the United States Army.

He was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom.

He was former Master of Elkhorn Masonic Lodge #568.

After retiring Jack enjoyed playing and singing with the "Country Friends".

He loved all kinds of flowers and took pride in caring for his many plants.

He united in marriage to Joyce Herron May 9, 1959.

Besides his wife, Joyce Hartman of Campbellsville, he is survived by two daughters and one son: Donna Hammond and Marsha Arnett of Campbellsville and Gary Hartman and wife, Pam of Lenoir City, Tennessee; six grandchildren; Andy Johnson and wife, Laura, Amber Carey, Jason Hartman, Justin Wood, Ashley Tompkins and Landon Arnett; and many other relatives and friends.
