Susan Oliphant, 45, Adair County, KY (1974-2020) Susan Oliphant of Adair County, daughter of Chere Hansen Oliphant Evans and David William Evans of Adair County and the late Clyde D. Oliphant, was born on Sunday, March 17, 1974 in Orem, Utah and departed this life on Monday, January 13, 2020 at her home. She was 45 years, 9 months, and 27 days of age. The funeral services will be conducted at 10:30amCT Saturday, January 18, 2020 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Sulpher Well, Kentucky with burial to follow in the Church cemetery. Bishop Donald Cooper will be officiating. Visitation is requested from 8-10amCT Saturday at the church. She had her teaching degree from Brigham Young University, and was also a secretary for the family. She was also a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Sulpher Well, Kentucky. Besides her parents, Susan is survived by seven brothers and six sisters-in-law: Steven and Melody Oliphant of Utah, Scott and Jen Oliphant of Kansas, Daniel and Janell Evans of Texas, Robert and Carlie Evans of Utah, Jacob and Sarah Evans of Texas, Benjamin and Brittany Evans of Columbia, and Jonathan Evans of Tennessee; four sisters and two brothers-in-law: Jennie and Jeremy Miller of Arizona, Kathryn and Brigham Griffin, Rebecca Evans, Liz Evans all of Utah; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
