Devon Alexander Anderson, 12, Green County, KY native Devon Alexander Anderson of Lebanon, KY, formerly of Green County, son of James Everett Anderson, Jr. and Shana Marie Parsons, departed this life on Sunday, January 12, 2020 in Greensburg as a result of a fire. He was 12 years, 10 months, and 15 days of age. A memorial service will be held at 3pmCT Saturday, January 18, 2020 at the Greensburg Baptist Church with Bro. Blake Jessie and Bro. Todd Young officiating. He was born on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 in Louisville, Kentucky and had made a profession of faith in Christ, attended Greensburg Baptist Church, and was an honor roll student in the 7th grade. Besides his parents, Devon is survived by his grandparents: James E. Anderson, Sr., Mary Ann Anderson, Duane and Wendy Parsons, and Dave Coning all of Indiana; two brothers: Brent Morgan and his companion, Cassandra Hollins of Campbellsville, and Quinton Anderson of Lebanon; three sisters: Brieana Anderson and her companion, Paul Bentley of Indiana, Heaven McCarter and her companion, J.J. Orberson of Campbellsville, Megan Anderson and her companion, Steven of Lebanon; four nieces: Callie Jo Harrison, Serenity Morgan, Peyton Morgan, Ellie Mae Morgan, nephew: Christopher James Collins; an expectant niece: Kaizley Grace Orberson; and several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Devon was preceded in death by a nephew: Gunner Leo Pellman on September 23, 2018. Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg in charge of the service arrangements.
