Regina Ewing Regina Ewing, 91, formerly of Columbia, KY, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2003, at the Medco Nursing Home in Campbellsville, after a long illness. The funeral service will be Saturday, September 6, 2003, at 11:00 a.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia. Interment will be in the Haven Hill Cemetery. She was the daughter of the late Moss and Fannie Johnson Dudley of Adair County, KY. Mrs. Ewing was preceded in death by her husband, Parker Ewing, November 15, 1964. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Nannie Grady and Susie Roddy. Survivors include several cousins and other relatives including Iva Upshaw, Clara Lee Flowers, Earlene Thomas, Fred Willis, Glenn Willis, James Mack Willis, Ralph Willis, Bennye Middleton, Pamela Jones, Charlene Baker, and Robert R. Ewing, Jr. Mrs. Ewing was a housekeeper for many years and a member of the Columbia Church of Christ. The family requests visitation from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., on Friday, September 5, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
