Zoning Board to consider Good Shepherd request

The City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on August 28, 2003, at 6:00 p.m. in City Hall, to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit from the Good Shepherd Catholic Church to construct a 3,000 sq. ft. building to serve as a new location for the Shepherd Shop, a non-profit second-hand store.

The property is zoned R-2 and located between the church and the parish house.

The meeting is open to the public.
