Chester Taylor appointed to Economic Development Board The Adair County Fiscal Court voted unanimously to appoint Judge Gale Cowan's recommendation of Chester Taylor to the EDA board. The decision was made at the December 10, 2019, first Fiscal Court meeting of December. Taylor replaces board member Anthony Janes who's term had recently expired.
