Green Co. Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 4 Dec 2019

Indictments brought against 9 individuals from Greensburg, Campbellsville, and Center, KY, on charges including burglary, receiving stolen property, possession, identity theft, sodomy, and assault.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 4 December 2019:


  • Kanin L. Dziabula, Durham St., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00071-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Bond set at $5,000/10%, no contact with victim/premises, no contact with co-defendant, curfew 9pm-5:30am.

  • Malaki S. Bond, Poplar Grove School Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00071-002. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Bond set at $10,000 USB, no contact with victim/premises, no contact with co-defendant, no alcohol, no illegal drugs, no firearms.

  • Malaki S. Bond, Poplar Grove School Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00072. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property, firearm. Bond set at $10,000/USB, no contact with victim, no firearms, no alcohol, no illegal drugs.

  • Tonya M. Powell, Hillview Acres Dr., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00073-001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 2 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Cynthia A. Tucker, Hillview Acres Dr., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00073-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 2 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Daniel C. Davis, High St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00074. Charged with 4 counts. Counts 1-2 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Counts 3-4 - Theft of identity of another w/o consent. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Michael J. Townsend, Marshal Ridge Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00075. Charged with 9 counts. Counts 1-3 - Sodomy, 1st degree, victim under 12 years of age. Counts 4-6 - Incest forcible compulsion/incapable of consent or under 18 years of age. Count 7-9 - Sexual abuse, 1st degree, victim under 12 years of age. Bond set at $5,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Allison B. Harris, Durrett St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00076. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft of identity of another w/o conset. Count 2 - Criminal possession of forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $5,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Bryan C. Lobb, Campton School Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00077. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Assault, 1st degree. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Joshua Posey, Sulphur Well Knob Lick Rd., Center, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00078. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition livestock $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.
