Youth flown to Louisville following Monday auto accident Sixteen-year-old Joshua Dale Withers was flown to the University of Louisville Medical Center following a one-car accident which occurred on KY 80, 3 miles west of Columbia at Bliss, at 9:17 p.m. Withers was driving a 2001 Dodge truck in an eastward direction; he dropped off the edge of the road, over corrected, went over an embankment and overturned.
