Kenneth E. Anderson, 89, Air Force Veteran of World War II Kenneth E. Anderson, 89, a resident of Summit Manor Nursing Home, Columbia, KY, formerly of Louisville, KY, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2003, at the nursing home. He was a retired employee of National Dairies where he worked for 22 years. He was an Air Force Veteran of World War II, a member of the Falls Cities Masonic Lodge #376, and a charter member of the Audubon Baptist Church in Louisville, KY. He was the son of the late Lee and Mary Alice Thompson Anderson and was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Pauline Waldridge Anderson. He is survived by the following:
