Prayers go up for Lee Ann Collins

Upwards of a hundred men and women stopped work and chores to gather at the Columbia United Methodist Church this morning with one purpose -- to fervently pray God's healing of Lee Ann Sandusky Collins.

The moving prayer service, led by Mrs. Judi Alley, was based on Matthew 18:19-20, "...if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I..."

The most critical point will be in her surgery which begins at 7 a.m. Columbia time on Saturday, July 12. The prayer team asks that all stay focused in requests for Lee Ann's successful surgery, full recovery and return to her family.
