Dianne Kerr, 54 Services are scheduled Monday, June 9, 2003 at 1 p.m. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home for Adair County homemaker Dianne Kerr. She passed away yesterday at Westlake Regional Hospital after a long illness. She is survived by her father and step mother, Roy and Rebecca Melton; her mother, Magdalene Ferguson Piercy; and by her husband, Clarence (Cotton) Kerr, Jr., all of Columbia. She is also survived by one son, Brandon Kerr, and his wife Dana; two daughters, Rebecca Keith and her husband Timmy, and Rhonda Keltner and her husband Dale, all of Columbia. Other survivors include: a brother, Doug Melton and his wife Frieda; a sister, Linda Roy and her husband, Arvel, both of Columbia; five grandchildren: Nathaniel Gadberry, Amber Hughes, Brent Keith, Bethany Keith and Joshua Adam Kerr and wife Whitney Keith; two great grandchildren: Devan Keith and Robbie Gadberry. Mrs. Kerr was preceded in death by one grandson, Adam Keith, in 2001, and by two nieces, Andrea Melton and Kendra Byrd, and by her stepfather, Avery Piercy, in 2002. Clergy officiating will be Bro. Dave Griffith and Bro. Jim Goff. Interment will be in the Freedom Cemetery. The family requests visitation after 2:30 p.m. tomorrow, Sunday, June 8, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Pallbearers: Larry Johnson, David Kerr, Jerry Kerr, Rick Landreth, Paul Milligan and Royce Oakes. Honorary pallbearers: Gary Burton and Glen Stephens.
