Wreck on West 80 sends driver to WLRH A mid Friday morning, May 30, 2003, wreck 7.5 miles west of Columbia on KY 80 sent the driver, 20 year old Kelly M. Harper, Edmonton to Westlake Regional Hospital. Harper was traveling east in a 1996 Ford Mustang and ran off the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned. KSP Trooper Israel Slinker worked the accident and an Adair County EMS unit responded. Harper was wearing a seat belt. He was treated at Westlake and released.
