Eugene Bybee, 80

Eugene Bybee, 80, 310 Maple Street, Columbia, KY, died Friday, May 30, 2003, at 9:05 a.m., at the Westlake Regional Hospital, Columbia.

A native of Cumberland County, he was the son of the late William Franklin and Ava Brake Bybee.

Survivors include:
  • Two sisters, Hazel Stephenson, and Grace Dobbs, both of Burkesville
  • Three nephews, Dale and Doyle Appleby, and Dr. John G. Stephenson
  • Three nieces, Dr. Mary todd Stephenson, Jane Bybee Myers, and Susan Bybee Steele.
The funeral will be Sunday, June 1, 2003, at 1:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Robert McKenzie officiating.

Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Grissom Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation at Grissom Funeral Home is after 5:30 p.m., Saturday.
