Photos needed for Adair County Forage Calendar

By Nick Roy
Adair County Extension Agent for Agriculture & Natural Resources

The Adair County Cooperative Extension Service is in the early stages of developing an Adair County Forage Calendar, compiled with helpful information for the management of forage crops. Individuals who may have taken high-quality forage-related photographs who would like to contribute to this project are encouraged to submit photos for consideration for inclusion in the calendar.

Compensation for the photos is not available for this project. Calendars are being developed for free educational purposes only. Pictures including the following items are requested:

  • Fields of Forage Crops- Grass, Clover, Alfalfa, etc.
  • Livestock grazing
  • Livestock eating hay
  • Seasonal pictures of pastures, hay storage or feeding.
  • Forages being planted or harvested.
Pictures may be submitted for consideration by emailing them to nick.roy@uky.edu.
