Alberta Mae Lamb, 90, Campbellsville, KY (1928-2019) Alberta Mae Lamb of Campbellsville passed away on October 1, 2019. She was 90 years old. The funeral service will be held at 1pmET on Friday, October 4, 2019 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY, officiated by Bro. Eugene Quek. Burial will follow in Lebanon National Cemetery. Visitation is requested from 11amET until 1pmET on Friday, October 4, 2019 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Alberta Mae Lamb of Campbellsville, daughter of the late John B. Cornett and Lucy Perkins Cornett, was born December 26, 1928 in Knoxville, Tennessee. She died at 6:48 A.M., Tuesday, October 1, 2019 in Campbellsville. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church. Alberta united in marriage to Clifford H. Lamb and he preceded her in death. She is survived by one son and one daughter: Reagan Lamb and wife, Diane of Port St. Lucie, Florida and Leah Lamb of Jacksonville, Florida; two granddaughters and one grandson: Ryann K. Lamb of Mississippi, Jami Lamb of Florida and Andrew Lamb and wife, Sarah of Florida; two sisters: Dorothy Bowman and Virginia Ingram of Knoxville, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Alberta was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters: William Cornett, Hurst Cornett, Mary Ault and Elizabeth Cornett. Expressions of sympathy requested to be donations to St. Mark United Methodist Church and may be made at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
