Would you like to stop smoking?

Westlake Regional Hospital sponsors our health news, including this upcoming opportunity for smokers who would like to stop. The Cooper Clayton Method to becoming a non smoker is being offered May 6 through June 29th . . .

If you enjoy smoking, but you're prepared to think about quitting, come join THE COOPER CLAYTON METHOD to become a non-smoker program where you'll get the guidance and support you need to kick the habit.

Classes will be held once a week, Each Tuesday5:30 - 6:30 PM, CST, at the Adair County Health Center in Columbia (located on Westlake Drive) from May 6 through July 29, 2003.
