Sarah Louise Davis Price, 81, Green Co., KY (1937-2019)

Mrs. Sarah Louise Davis Price of Green County passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. She was 81 years old.

The funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Louise Davis Price will be conducted at 2pmCT on Sunday, September 29, 2019, at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W Court St, Greensburg, KY. Bro. Darrel Landis, Bro. Jerry Scott, Bro. Garnett Wayne Davis and Bro. Mike Walker will be officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in the Summersville Community.

Visitation is requested from 4pmCT until 8pmCT on Saturday at the funeral home.


Mrs. Sarah Louise Davis Price was born December 14, 1937 in Green County, KY to the late Thomas Greene Davis and Elsie Beulah Judd Davis. She departed this life Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital, having attained the age of eighty-one years, nine months and eleven days.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Sand Lick Separate Baptist Church. She worked at the Fruit of the Loom Factory until her retirement. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Eugene Loyall Price, three brothers: Herman Davis, Hobert Davis, and Richard Davis, and one sister Hortense Judd.

She is survived by one son: Michael Eugene Price and his wife Terri of Greensburg, one daughter: Milissa Anderson and her husband Bobby of Greensburg, four grandchildren: Jessica Pepperman and Jeffery Pepperman, Alan and Brandi Anderson, and Anthony Gassaway and three great-grandchildren: Anna, Casen and Peyton Anderson all of Greensburg.

Pallbearers: Michael Price, Jeffrey Pepperman, Bobby Anderson, Alan Anderson, Casen Anderson, R.T. Marr, Brian Landis, Jamie Davis, Mike Taylor, Adam Shofner, and Buck Jaggers.

Honorary Pallbearers: Richard Davis, Jan Landis, Phyllis Brady, Debbie Gabhart, Barbie Chesher, Carol McKinstry, Donna Taylor, Pam Allen, Debbie Dillard, Becky Davis, Carl Rawlings, Mickey Milby, Nick Paxton, Jason Beard, Trent Williams, Raymond Stillwell, Braedon Paxton, Brylee Paxton, Kyle Wilson, Cody Wilson, Kane Wilson, Jasey Beard, and Diann Paxton.
