Kathleen Fay Floyd, 86, Bethelridge, KY (1933-2019) Kathleen Fay Floyd of Bethelridge, KY passed away on Friday August 30th, 2019 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was 86 years old. Funeral Services will be held at 2:30pmET on Sunday, September 1, 2019, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY, with Rev. Greg Powell officiating. Burial will follow in the Salyers Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11:30amET on Sunday, September 1, 2019 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. She was born in Mt. Olive, KY on April 19th, 1933 a daughter of the late Homer Shirley Mullins and Ruby Inez Durham Mullins. Kathleen was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Olive Christian Church. Survivors include: Her Spouse: Lynn V. Floyd, Three Sons: Donnie and (Linda Faye) Floyd of Waynesburg, Sherman and (Linda Gail) Floyd of Liberty and William "Billy" Floyd of Prestonsburg, Five Daughters: Linda Sue and (Ronnie) Buchanan of Liberty, Peggy and (Stanley) Rainwater of Bethelridge, Paula Wooton of Bethelridge, Anita Emerson of Liberty and Crystal Floyd of Bethelridge , Sixteen Grandchildren, Twenty Seven Great Grandchildren, Two Great Great Grandchildren, One Brother: Sherill Mullins of Waynesburg and Two Sisters: Janet Taylor of Wilmore and Carol Dick of Science Hill. Preceding her in death besides her parents was One Son: Tommy Floyd, One Grandchild, One Sister: Faustine Wilson and Two Brothers: Robert Mullins and Jerry Mullins.
