Podcast about unsolved Nelson Co. murders By Forrest Berkshire, The Kentucky Standard A new podcast drops this week that is the first in a planned 10-part series focusing on five unsolved crimes in Nelson County. The series is the latest project for investigative reporter Jessica Noll, who covered the 2013 murder of Bardstown Police Officer Jason Ellis and reconstructed his final shift for a long-form journalism online report titled "Exit 34." A veteran journalist, Noll said the Ellis story always stuck with her. "For me, I still get shivers down my spine driving past exit 34," she told The Standard.
