Aaron Paul Turner, 69 Former Columbian Aaron Paul Turner passed away in Louisville on March 3, 2003, after an illness. He was the son of Sine and Mary Audra Frankum Turner of Adair County. He is survived by his wife, Caroline Lea Turner of Mt. Washington, Kentucky; two sons, Michael Turner and David Mark Turner; one daughter, Kaye Mattingly of Mt. Washington, and one brother, Eddie Turner of Columbia. He was preceded by one brother, Ronnie Turner. Also surviving are six grandchildren: Amy Harthun, Lea Burroughs, Nicole Turner, Pete Mattingly, Jeremy Turner and Molly Turner. Mr. Turner was a retired millwright, a member of the Salt River Masonic Lodge, The Scottish Rite and he attended the First Baptist Church of Mt. Washington.
