Mattie Pearl Campbell, 64 Thursday, February 20, 2003: Services will be held for Mattie Pearl Campbell of Columbia tomorrow at 11 a.m. at Grissom Funeral Home. Mrs. Campbell died Tuesday at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. She was a daughter of Virgil and Ember Bybee McKinney and the widow of Thomas Hynes Campbell. She was a member of the Antioch United Methodist Church. Surviving are three sons, Phillip, Randall and Thomas Campbell, all of Columbia; three daughters, Charlotte Bowerman of Clarksville, Indiana; Tonya Bell of Hodgenville and Sonya Turner of Campbellsville; two brothers, Robert McKinney of Columbia, and Pete McKinney of Breeding; and one sister, Dorothy Richards of Columbia. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren and a special relative, Willard Campbell. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Clyde and Marvin Campbell, and a sister Lou Willie McKinney. Pastor Randy Parnell will officiate at the services tomorrow morning with burial following in the Antioch Cemetery.
