Mattie Pearl Campbell, 64

Thursday, February 20, 2003:
Services will be held for Mattie Pearl Campbell of Columbia tomorrow at 11 a.m. at Grissom Funeral Home.


Mrs. Campbell died Tuesday at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. She was a daughter of Virgil and Ember Bybee McKinney and the widow of Thomas Hynes Campbell. She was a member of the Antioch United Methodist Church.

Surviving are three sons, Phillip, Randall and Thomas Campbell, all of Columbia; three daughters, Charlotte Bowerman of Clarksville, Indiana; Tonya Bell of Hodgenville and Sonya Turner of Campbellsville; two brothers, Robert McKinney of Columbia, and Pete McKinney of Breeding; and one sister, Dorothy Richards of Columbia.

Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren and a special relative, Willard Campbell. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Clyde and Marvin Campbell, and a sister Lou Willie McKinney.

Pastor Randy Parnell will officiate at the services tomorrow morning with burial following in the Antioch Cemetery. Visitation is this evening and in the morning at Grissom Funeral Home.
