Margie Grider, 83 Services were held Monday, February 10, 2003 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, for former Glensfork resident Margie Grider who passed away February 8 at Summit Manor Nursing Home. A member of the Glensfork Church of the Nazarene and a homemaker, Mrs. Grider is survived by one son, Daryl and his wife Phyllis Grider of Glensfork; four daughters, Iva Dean Collins and her husband Bobby; Anita Fletcher and her husband Billy, and Carolyn Bennett, all of Glensfork; and Norma Jessie and her husband Wilbert of Columbia. Also surviving are one sister, Elsie Grant of Glensfork; a sister-in-law, Jewel Grider of Columbia; grandchildren Kim Ellis, Kevin Fletcher, Jerry Collins, Chonda Hodges, Randy and Ronnie Bennett, J.D. Grider, Lisa Cundiff, Nenia Dykes, Beth Lawless, Sharon Kelsay, Roger Aaron, Terry Aaron and Doug Aaron; 24 great-grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Jimmy Kelsay, Tony Hodges, Tim Ellis, T. J. Aaron, Jordan Aaron and Jason Collins. Honorary pallbearers were Roger, Terry and Doug Aaron, Jerry Collins, Randy and Ronnie Bennett, Kevin Fletcher and J. D. Grider. Rev. Charles Tone and Bro.
