Iva Dean Luttrell, 89, Liberty, KY (1930-2019) Iva Dean Luttrell of Liberty, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2019, at Casey County Hospital. She was 89 years old. The funeral service will be held at 11amET on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Kenny Spaw officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Contown Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6pmET until 9pmET on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Born on January 12, 1930, in Casey County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Chester and Myrtle Shell McQueary. Iva Dean was a homemaker. She was a member of Oak Grove Church of Christ. She was a caregiver and matriarch of the Luttrell family. Survivors include her three daughters, Sue Rodgers of Bradfordsville, Valerie (Bruce) Holt of Dunnville and Linda (David) Downing of Waddy; five brothers, Pascal (Connie) Luttrell, Ricky (Cindy) Luttrell, Rodney Luttrell, Victor (Shellie) Luttrell and Larry (Susie) Luttrell, all of Liberty; two sisters, Versie Wilham of Russell Springs and Linnie Clements of Cincinnati, Ohio; 46 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Elvis Luttrell, who passed away on July 1, 2003; three daughters, Lana Bryant, Georgeann Luttrell and Monica Luttrell; and two sons, Kenny Luttrell and Louie Luttrell. She is also preceded in death by the following siblings, Arnold McQueary, Arvil McQueary, Linvel McQueary, Geretha Calhoun, Montie Wilson, Dallie Mae Strong, Beulah Grace Calhoun and Alma Christine Roy. Iva Dean's pallbearers will be her grandsons. Memorial contributions may take the form of sympathy to The Gideons International.
