Letter: Which vinegar for raccoons?

Mary knight writes:
Linda-Sorry you had to go thru the raccoon trauma/destruction, but we sure did get a kick out of your story. Just think, maybe the children of these guys will be around to visit you next 4th of July!!!! Good luck--did you use white vinegar, or cider vinegar? --Mary

Hi Mary - shudder the thought that there could be another set of quadruplets to celebrate the holiday here next year!! The mix was white vinegar and water, about half and half. Works great to clean cabinets and stainless steel sinks and now I know it works to run off varmints!!! I'll keep the spray bottle by the door! -- Linda
