Robert (Bobby) Aaron, 89, Russell Springs, KY (1930-2019)

Robert "Bobby" Aaron of Russell Springs died Sunday, June 23, 2019 at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset. He was 89 years old.

The funeral service for Robert "Bobby" Aaron will be held at 11amCT on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N. Main St., Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Ryan Coffey officiating. Interment will follow in the Russell Springs City Cemetery.

Visitation is requested from 9amCT until 11amCT on Wednesday.

He was born on January 6, 1930, in Russell County to the late Grover Cleveland and Nannie Cecil Oaks Aaron.

Robert was the owner/Salesman of Main Street Cars and was a member of Russell Springs First Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary Foley Aaron, 7 siblings, Nancy Harris, Keith Aaron, Sam Aaron, Clifford Aaron, Imogene Rexroat, Charles Aaron, Jo Nell Johnson

Survivors include:
  • Two children: Sandra Massey, Somerset, Ky, and Ricky Aaron, Jamestown, Ky
  • Four grandchildren
  • Eight great grandchildren
  • One great great grandchild
