Edward Aaron Cahill of Petersburg, IN died Friday, May 24, 2019 at the Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana. He was 55 years old.

The funeral service for Edward Aaron Cahill will be 2 PM. Thursday, May 30, 2019 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N. Main St., Russell Springs, KY, with Willie Sawyers and John Cook officiating. Interment will follow in the Lucenda Cemetery.

Visitation is reqeusted from 5pmCT until 8pmCT on Wednesday and after 8amCT on Thursday until the funeral time at 2pmCT.

He was born July 22, 1963 in Louisville, Ky.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Cahill.

Survivors include:
  • A daughter: Sarah Abigal Hope Cahill, Lexington and
  • His brother, Eric Lawson also of Lexington
  • His mother: Mary Alicia Cahill, Brooks, Ky
  • Three brothers: Tom (Sara) Cahill, Brooks, Ky, Stephen (Cheryl) Cahill, Fairdale, Ky, and Brian (Sara) Cahill, Louisville, Ky
  • A sister: Darlene (Danny T.) Bolin, Bardstown, Ky
  • Former wife: Michelle Barger, Somerset
  • Host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, & friends
