Lena Hayes Bryson, 84, Glens Fork, KY (1934-2019) Lena worked at Osh Kosh before retiring and was a housewife. Lena Hayes Bryson passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at her residence. She was 84 years old. The funeral service will be held at 10amCT on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY, with Bro. Stanley Watson officiating. Burial will follow in the Grant Cemetery at Glenfork, KY. Visitation will be on Monday after 4pmCT at the funeral home. She was born October 15, 1934 in Glensfork, KY. She was the daughter of the late Erdice and Ethel Antle Hayes. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Phyllis Bryson, in 2009, and by her husband, George W. Bryson, in 2015. Lena worked at Osh Kosh before retiring and was a housewife. She is survived by one daughter: Lisa Bryson of Glens Fork, KY; two sons Barry Bryson and Tim Bryson of Glens Fork, KY; two sisters-in-law: Linda White and Martha Moore both of Summer Shade, KY; four grandchildren Cassie Davidson, Whitney Boyd, Tiffany Bryson and Erica Perkins; four great-grandchildren Kyler, Kenidi and Kendall Wooldridge and Phoenix Perkins and a host of other relatives and friends.
