ACSO: Two from Adair Co. arrested on drug charges By Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Wednesday, April 17, 2019, Adair County Sheriff's Deputy Brandon Hitch and Adair County Sheriff Josh Brockman responded to a residence in the Cane Valley Community of Adair County, to investigate a complaint. Upon completion of that investigation, 40-year-old Shannon Rogers was arrested on charges of:
