ACSO: Two from Adair Co. arrested on drug charges

On Wednesday, April 17, 2019, Adair County Sheriff's Deputy Brandon Hitch and Adair County Sheriff Josh Brockman responded to a residence in the Cane Valley Community of Adair County, to investigate a complaint. Upon completion of that investigation, 40-year-old Shannon Rogers was arrested on charges of:


  • - Possession of a controlled Substance 1st degree Cocaine
  • - Tampering with physical evidence
  • - Outstanding warrant of arrest
On Thursday, April 18, 2019, Adair County Sheriff's Deputy Derek Padgett conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of Jamestown Street. As a result of the stop, 26 year old Majid Aishaheen, also known as "Magic," was arrested on charges of:
  • - Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree methamphetamine
  • - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • - Outstanding warrant for arrest, Adair District
Both were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail. The Adair County Sheriff's Office will continue the investigations.


NOTE: An arrest is not a finding of guilt. An individual placed under arrest is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
