Green Co. Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 10 Apr 2019

Indictments brought against 11 individuals from Knob Lick, Glasgow, Greensburg, Columbia, Edmonton, Campbellsville, and Summersville, KY on charges including burglary, possession, theft, assault, rape, and DUI.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 10 April 2019:

  • Joshua Posey, Anderson Perkins Rd., Knob Lick, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00016-001. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - TBUT all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 3 - Possession of burglary tools. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with the law.

  • Ronald T. Perry, Anderson Perkins Rd., Knob Lick, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00016-002. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - TBUT all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 3 - Possession of burglary tools. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Williard S. Flickner, Carden Rd., Glasgow, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00016-003. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - TBUT all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 3 - Possession of burglary tools. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Rodney Landis, Durham St., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00017. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 aggravator, 4th+. Count 2 - Fleeing or evading police, 1st degree. Count 3 - Driving DUI suspended license, 1st offense. Count 4 - Possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited. Count 5 - Speeding 22MPG over limit. Bond set at $2,500 cash, no alcohol use, no illegal drug use.

  • Mercedes N. Luttrell, Cape Rd., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00018. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Giving officer false identifying information. Bond set at $1,000 USB, no alcohol use, no illegal drug use.

  • Tyler L. Nichols, Hallthorn Lane, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00019. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $1,000 unsecured, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Michelle A. Taylor, Howard School Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00020. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree, drug unspecified. Count 4 - Illegal possession of a legend drug. Count 5 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured. No violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Adrian A. Hagerty Indictment No. 19-CR-00021-001. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Robbery, 1st degree. Count 2 - Burglary, 1st degree. Count 3 - Assault, 2nd degree. Count 4 - TBUT or disposition all others under $500. Bond set at $75,000 cash, no contact with victim or premises, no firearms.

  • Colby Jackson Blair, Sulphur Well Knob Lick Road, Edmonton, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00021-002. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Robbery, 1st degree. Count 2 - Burglary, 1st degree. Count 3 - Assault, 2nd degree. Count 4 - TBUT or disposition all others under $500. Bond set at $75,000 cash, no contact with victim or premises, no firearms.

  • Gregory D. Thompson, Summerville Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00022. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no use/possession of firearms.

  • Harold L. Clark, Poppy Lane, Summersville, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00023. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Rape, 1st degree. Bond set at $120,000 cash, no contact with victim.
