Easter egg hunts, special buffets at State Resort Parks By Gil Lawson Frankfort, KY -. (April 9, 2019) - The menu for the annual Easter Buffet at 15 Kentucky State Park Resort Parks on Sunday, April 21, 2019, has been set. The menu at the resort park restaurants includes roast beef carved on the line, baked country ham, fresh fruit, garden vegetables, salad and desserts. Each of the 15 resort parks serving the buffet will also offer two additional regional entrees.
