Joyce Faye Turner, 77, Adair County, KY (1942-2019) She was a member of the Emory Chapel United Methodist Church and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, singing and playing the guitar. Joyce Faye Turner, 77, of Columbia died Sunday, April 7, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be 2pmCT Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the A. B. Turner Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4-8pmCT at the funeral home and continue Wednesday morning until time or the service. Bro. Jimmy Bunch and Bro. Brian Fudge will be officiating and pallbearers will be P. J. Turner, Skylar Turner, Logan Turner, Chris Grant, Lucas Turner and Ron Wooley. Born in Columbia, KY, March 17, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Dorothy Bryant Foster and wife of the late Joe Turner who preceded her on November 15, 2005. She was also preceded in death two brothers Jerry and Larry Foster. Mrs. Turner was a member of the Emory Chapel United Methodist Church and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, singing and playing the guitar. Survivors include a daughter Donna Grant (Wendell) of Breeding, KY; two sons Mark Turner (Kim) and Patrick Turner (Linda) both of Columbia; 11 grandchildren Chris Grant, Stephanie Alford, Ashley Fudge, Josh Furkin, Erica Turner, P. J. Turner, Lucas Turner, Skylar Turner, Logan Turner, Mariah Turner and Miranda Turner; 13 great-grandchildren; a sister Redith George (Willie) of Sano, KY; a sister-in-law Martha Foster of Sano, KY and several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
