Bowling Green couple welcomes one-in-10,000 triplets By Caroline Eggers, Bowling Green Daily News Triplets are rare. Identical triplets are rarer. Last week, Megan and Matthew Allred welcomed Greyson, Rowan and Sawyer into the world at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. "It's like one in 10,000 births, especially if it occurs naturally," said Dr. Aspasia Fissikoudi, a neonatologist at The Medical Center, as opposed to the heightened risk associated with in vitro fertilization. The hospital delivers triplets every four or five years, and the last natural triplet pregnancy was in 2007.
