3rd Annual Lieutenant Governor's Entrepreneurship Challenge By Ruth LeMaster Frankfort, KY - Lieutenant Governor Jenean Hampton will host the 3rd Annual Lieutenant Governor's Entrepreneurship Challenge (LGEC) regional high school pitch competitions in three locations this week across the Commonwealth. Each LGEC regional competition will determine which two teams will advance to Finals on April 12, 2019, at Northern Kentucky University. Four additional wild card teams will also advance for a total of 10 teams competing for in-state scholarships and prize packages at Finals. LGEC regional competition dates, times and locations are as follows:
