LWC: Springtime rays call for ice cream days

By Kat McFadden

Springtime rays call for ice cream days. Lindsey Wilson College International Student Programs (ISP) took full advantage of the beautiful weather and had an ice cream fundraiser.

Dressing a LWC van up with posters and flags to make an impromptu ice cream truck, ISP filled coolers with sweet treats and headed toward the quad. Students, staff, and faculty came from all over campus to get a sweet treat and help ISP raise money to put toward the upcoming annual International Marketplace event. ISP managed to sell over 100 bars of ice cream during the fundraiser making the day very successful.

The International Marketplace will be April 26th from 12-1pm. As always, it will be hosted in the Holloway Wellness center and is free and open to the public. ISP would love to see you there!
