Absentee Voting: For mail out ballots From Lisa Greer, Adair County Clerk Primary--MAY 21, 2019 Absentee ballots may be requested at any time. The application has to be in house by the close of the business day, which is 4pmCT on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 to receive your ballot. Therefore, please request your absentee in time to have the application returned before the deadline. The following voters may apply to cast their votes by MAIL-IN absentee ballot if the application is received no later than the close of business hours seven (7) days before the elections of May 21, 2019:
The voter, voter's spouse, parents, or children of the voter may request Absentee Ballots;
Once an absentee ballot is requested, you will then be mailed an Application that has to be filled out and mailed to the Clerk's Office as soon as possible to meet the deadline for the ballot.
