ACSO: Injury accident on Campbellsville Road By Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Thursday, January 24, 2019, at approximately 5:40pmCT, The Adair County Sheriff's Office responded to a multiple vehicle accident with injury, around the 5900 block of Campbellsville Road/North Highway 55. After a preliminary investigation, it was determined that a 2013 Ford Fiesta traveling southbound and operated by Sheila Krahn, 61, of Columbia, had turned into the path of a northbound 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan operated by Robert Ginter, 82, of Campbellsville. Krahn had been attempting to make a left hand turn onto Steve Breeding Road. Ginter was treated on the scene and released. Mrs. Krahn and a passenger, Russell Krahn, 57, were transported to the Emergency Room at TJ Health Columbia for injuries. The collision was investigated by Deputy Padgett and Sheriff Brockman, assisted by Adair County EMS, The Columbia-Adair County Fire Department, and the Kentucky State Police.
