Winston H. Roy, 76, of Russell Springs, died Friday, January 4, 2019 at the Russell County Hospital. Funeral services will be at 12noonCT Monday, January 7, 2019 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Harmon and Bro. Josh Owens officiating. Visitation 5-8pmCT Sunday and after 8am Monday until funeral time. Active Pallbearers - Preston Coomer, Larry Bennett, Lowell Hopper, Cheston Wilson, Jimmy Wilson, Jerry Patterson. Honorary Pallbearers - C.L. Sayers, Winford Harris, James Johnson, Ron Ooten, and the Medical Staff at the Russell County Hospital. He was born December 10, 1942, in Pulaski County to the late William Homer and Vernola Roy. Winston was a retired Nursting Assistant at the Russell County Hospital and a member of the Clear Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Russell Springs. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Tack Roy and Herman Roy.
