Nutrition is subject of CHS health ed class

By Calen McKinney

Campbellsville High School students are learning about nutrition.

In Dale Estes's health and physical education class, students are discussing the five food groups.

Students are learning about the nutrients they receive from each group, along with good and bad food sources and proper serving sizes.

Estes divided the class into groups to research information about fruits, vegetables, protein, dairy and grains.

When their projects were finished, students presented their information to their classmates.
