Jerry Wayne Kelsay, 67, Adair County, KY (1951-2018) Jerry Wayne Kelsay, 67, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Friday, December 28, 2018 at 8:10pmCT at Metcalfe Health Care Center in Edmonton. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 31, 2018 at 1pmCT at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmie Cox officiating. Burial in Freedom Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10amCT Monday. He was born April 14, 1951, in Adair County, KY, a son of the late Paul and Alene Kimbler Kelsay. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Haylee Kelsay, and a step-daughter, Maranda Young. Jerry was a former construction worker. Survivors include: His wife - Faye Hoover Kelsay of Columbia Three sons and daughters-in-law - Mike and Stacey Kelsay of Columbia, Bryan and Cristy Kelsay of Burkesville, Bradley and Melissa Kelsay of Columbia Three step-children - David Cooper and wife Marilyn of Tennessee, Greg Cooper and wife Lisa, Pam Holt and husband Danny all of Columbia One brother - Bobby Kelsay of Campbellsville Three sisters - Pauline Robinson of Campbellsville, Wanda Hatcher of Columbia, Mary Bush of Tennessee Eight grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren Several other relatives and friends Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, is in charge of arrangements.
