Sheriff's Office closed Dec 24/25, open 31st The Adair County Sheriff's office will be closed Monday, December 24, and Tuesday, December 25 in observance of Christmas. We will be open Monday, December 31st to collect property taxes, this is the last day to pay your taxes before they have penalty added. We will be closed January 1st for the New Year's holiday.
