My Friend Billy Grant By Tommy Bailey I was in my early teens and like everyone else I wanted to spend Saturday in Columbia and Billy would give me a ride to town. He would see me standing in the yard waiting on him. I could see him off in the distance coming closer in that big nice and shiny Buick and wearing that great smile as he pulled up. He was someone very special to me because of his kindness and warm smile. He will forever be in my memory. I pray we will meet again some day.
