Paul Ransdell is new

Assistant to President

for Alumni Affairs

Paul D. Ransdell has been named assistant to the president for alumni relations and development at Lindsey. Ransdell's duties will include working with the Lindsey Wilson College National Alumni Association, the annual fund appeal and the Adair County Fund Drive.

"I'm very excited about joining the Lindsey Wilson community," Ransdell said. "This is a great opportunity for me because Adair County is the kind of place I want to live and work-largely because of the values its community espouses. I look forward to meeting and working with Lindsey Wilson's alumni and helping them preserve Lindsey Wilson's proud heritage and rich tradition."

Jodi Carver new director

intramural, special events

Jodi Carver has been named intramural and special events coordinator at Lindsey Wilson College. She will coordinate all of the college's intramural activities and special events, such as freshman orientation, homecoming and parents' weekend. Carver also will serve as one of the college's apartment managers.

One of the areas Carver plans to expand is the number of intramural offerings such as chess, billiards and horse shoes.

Carver is filling a new position at Lindsey Wilson, which reflects the college's emphasis on having a vibrant student life, according to Thomas C. Young Jr., vice president for student development.

"We're glad to be in Adair County, " Carver said. "I've already found it to be a very friendly place.

New Student Activities

Coordinator announced

Christine Hall has been named student activities coordinator. Hall is responsible for planning the college's student activities and managing the campus game room. She also is responsible for managing the college's Grider Apartments and advising the college's international student population.

"I'm really looking forward to getting to know everyone at the college and in Adair County," said Hall.
