Governor and First Lady to launch foster/adoption book By Nicole Burton Frankfort, KY - - Governor Matt Bevin and First Lady Glenna Bevin on Monday will launch a special foster care and adoption book, "Who Is in Your Family?," created in partnership with the Governor's Office of Early Childhood and Lakeshore Learning. The book will be distributed throughout the Commonwealth's nine Department of Community Based Services (DCBS) regions and by Kentucky Family Court judges. The book launch will take place on Monday, Oct. 15, 2018, at 10:00amET at Lakeshore Distribution Center, 547 McKinney Ave., Midway, KY. The event is open to the public.
