Green County Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 10 Oct 2018

Indictments brought against 10 individuals from Greensburg, Center, Dunnville and Radcliff, KY, on charges including possession, theft, wanton endangerment, trafficking, DUI, and failure to wear seat belts.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 10 October 2018:

  • Cindy S. Cogswell, W. Columbia, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-000062. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Prescription controlled substance not in a proper container, 1st offense. Count 4 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $500 cash, no alcohol, no illegal drug use.

  • Charles Chuckie Brockman, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00063. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition all others $500 or more but under $10,000. No bond, no contact with victim.

  • Christopher A. Domke Indictment No. 18-CR-00064. Charged with 8 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Counts 2-3 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 4 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 5 - Operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08, 1st offense. Count 6 - OPerating on suspended/revoked operators license. Count 7 - Careless driving. Count 8 - Failure to wear seat belts. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no violations of the law.

  • Jimmy D. Brown, Hwy 1048, Center, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00065. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in marijuana, 8oz to <5lbs, 1st offense. Count 2 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Count 3 - Marijuana cultivation, less than 5 plants, 1st offense. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Benjamin E. Shroyer, Pellyton Rd., Dunnville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00066. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Count 4 - Failure to produce insurance card. Count 5 - Failure to wear seat belts. Bond set at $1,000 cash, no illegal drug use.

  • Schyler Trey Kjelsen Indictment No. 18-CR-00067. Charged with 13 counts. Counts 1-13 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Tony M. Wright, Highway 88, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00068. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernlia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of marijuana. Count 4 - Possession controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified. Count 5 - Controlled substance prescription no in original container, 1st offense. Bond set at $2,500/10%, no illegal drug use.

  • Kayla M. Stearman, Southland Dr., Radcliff, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00069. Charged with 2 counts. Counts 1-2 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Brandon Shofner, Campton School Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00070-001. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Resisting arrest. Count 4 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $2,500 cash, no illegal drug use.

  • Jennifer R. Moss, Hillview Terrace, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00070-002. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $1,000 USB, no illegal drug use.
