Junior Johnson, 92, Green County, KY George Johnson Jr. was born on March 28, 1934 in Green County, KY to the late Willie Clarence Johnson and Rosie Taylor Johnson. He departed this life Friday, May 1, 2026, having attained the age of 92 years, 1 month and 3 days. Junior made a profession of faith in Christ at an early age. He served faithfully at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, actively singing in the Men's Choir. He knew who Christ was to him and lived by that throughout his entire life. He would always say, "God has been good to me. Yes, God has been good to me. He has blessed me all these years because I treated people right."
