The charge is a Class-D felony punishable by one to five years in prison. By Les Williams, Public Information Officer KSP Public Affairs Branch, Frankfort, KY HILLVIEW, KY (27 Jan 2017)- On January 26, 2017, at approximately 8:24pmET, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Mark A. Raeber, 35, on a charge related to distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. Raeber was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect uploading images of child sexual exploitation online. The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Hillview on January 26, 2017. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP's forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing. Raeber is currently charged with one count of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. The charge is a Class-D felony punishable by one to five years in prison. Jason Curry IDs Retired Workhorses I as IH Farmall H or M Writer's Uncle, the late Russell Holmes, ran the International Harvester dealership in Columbia, KY, for many years Jason Curry writes: This is an International Harvester Farmall H or M. They were produced from 1939 to around 1953. I do believe this is an H as I have one that is still in use, but a close-up would confirm. They built the Super H and Super M a couple more years after the H and M, then I believe they went to the number series. It looks as if this one may have been set up with a front end loader as there are some brackets. Although they are outdated for the most part today, they were the work horses of many Adair County farms.
