Thomas Edward Curry, 82, Greensburg, KY Thomas Edward Curry of Greensburg, Kentucky, son of the late Cecil Thomas Curry and Helen Davenport Wright, was born on Thursday, July 10, 1941 in Green County and departed this life on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 82 years, nine months, and six days of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended Bethlehem Baptist Church. He was a Vietnam War Veteran, having served in the United States Army, a driver for Keyboard Carriage and Ron and Brenda's Transportation for many years. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jody Ann Warf Curry on November 28, 2000, having united in marriage on July 23, 1960. Survivors include a daughter: Treasa Willis of Columbia; three grandchildren: Jacob Willis, Jennifer Willis, and Joshua Warf all of Columbia; two brothers: Archie Curry of Greensburg and Dennis Dean Curry of Glasgow; his companion: Brenda Bryant of Greensburg; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by a sister: Lois Ross. The funeral services will be conducted at 11amCT Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Bro. Cliffton Sullivan officiating. Visitation is requested from 4 - 8 Friday, and after 7 Saturday until time of the funeral service. The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take form of donation to the Gideon Bible Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
